Theater Glam
"The George Eastman Museum made the perfect setting for this very glamorous session."
Olivia is an all around, inside and out, beautiful, one of a kind girl. Not to mention she has some seriously gorgeous hair, a killer smile, and a great attitude!
My inspiration for this session all began with her prom dress. The second I saw her post pictures of her in that dress on Facebook, I knew instantly that we needed to incorporate it into a session! I just never got around to asking her until the week she decided to cut and donate her hair (you go girl!) So the day I asked her also ended up being the day to take pictures as well. Luckily, I had been thinking about doing this session for some time, so I was mildly prepared.
I met her over at her house after we had finished with our Sunday errands and we got to work on curling her hair and doing her makeup. Thankfully, that was all we really needed to do, and we were headed off up to Rochester.
The George Eastman Museum
Here is Olivia Standing next to one of the fountains in the back garden. They were unfortunately not operating due to maintenance. But it still made for a great shot!
If youβve never been to The George Eastman Museum in Rochester, NY, trust me when I say you need to go! Not only is the history and story behind the building amazing, but the building and landscaping make for amazing photo-ops. And the best part? They encourage photographers to come on out and take pictures around the land and building. (Just be sure youβre not interrupting a wedding!)
The George Eastman Museum made the perfect setting for this very glamorous session. From the pillars in the front of the building to the gardens in the back, Olivia looked like she lived and belonged here!
