Gie Maternity Session

I met Gie and her family almost a year ago when I first moved to Hawaii. They were actually the first people photographed since arriving on the island. So when she reached out to me about taking her maternity pictures, of course I said yes! We decided to take pictures at Waimanalo Bay Beach Park (it has become one of my favorite locations to take pictures at). Gie had rented a dress from Reclamation and it was perfect for the location! Underneath the already gorgeous lace dress was a plain dress slip. I had the crazy idea to take a few shots on the beach of her wearing just that, and I’m so glad we did!
